1 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions

1. Put pan on the gas. Now add potatoes, cauliflower, carrot and green peas in the pan. Then add ½ tsp salt which will help in boiling them quickly. Now add 1 cup of water and mix them well. Cover the pan, turn on the gas and cook for around 10 -12 min on medium high heat.

2. After 10 min check if they are boiled enough by poking them with a spoon. Now gently mash them with a masher until it becomes like a paste.
